I have news for you Mykel.... I have worked in IT at one of the big 3 Credit Bureaus for over 18 years. My company opened an office out of the US and is now moving IT and Data Base work to people just off the street with no experience. I am not saying it's going to work out for them, but don't make any major purchases anytime soon. Tech jobs are now offshoring at a very fast pace. I will be unemployed in 30 days. Let's hope they realize before it's too late that people with little or no experience can't replace long term veterans that know the business. Saving a buck on cheaper labor won't work if you lose a million dollar account or have to issue a 100,000 credit for errors on a job. Some CEO's have decided that IT people are just plug and play button pushers.
